1. About These Terms

Sunglasses At Night is a brand operated by Messley Inc. These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell USB/Lightning-rechargeable LED wire sunglasses. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith; minor variations in color or lighting may occur due to display settings and manufacturing tolerances.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• Applicable sales tax (HST) is calculated at checkout where required
• Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider at time of order

4. Shipping

• We currently ship within Canada only
• Orders are shipped from Guelph, Ontario via a Canadian parcel courier network, typically arriving within 2–5 business days
• Tracking is provided on every order once shipped
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size; orders over $50 CAD ship free

5. Returns & Refunds

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund. We cover return shipping.
• If you'd like to return an item for any other reason (change of mind, etc.), it must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. We cover return shipping in this case too, and a refund will be issued once the item is received.
• Due to the nature of electronic/battery-powered products, items that show signs of use beyond inspection may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return. We inspect all returns — this isn't a blank check for "wear it once, send it back."

6. Product Use & Safety

• This product contains a small rechargeable lithium battery and small parts. Keep away from young children.
• Intended for indoor recreational use (parties, concerts, nightlife). We do not guarantee performance in wet or outdoor conditions.
• Use only the recommended charging cable type; do not attempt to open or modify the internal battery or wiring.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Messley Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Messley Inc. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
